Healthcare Themes

The Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program’s 9th Statement of Work (SOW) aims to protect and improve the quality of care for Medicare beneficiaries through various national themes. These themes are being implemented by each of the QIO contractors nationwide through the 9th SOW contract period from August 1, 2008 to July 31, 2011.
